The CASH education, or Cursoric Education Aios Surgery, is an integral part of the training to become a surgeon. During the entire period of the AIOS, from year 1 to 6, the aios participate in mandatory CASH education. This education program is constantly developing and is closely aligned with the Surgery training plan.

 

The CASH education is designed to align with the SCHERP 2.1 guidelines and aims to train AIOS to become the modern surgeon of the future, with the skills and knowledge required for surgical practice in the year 2030. Through advanced education and training, AIOS are prepared for the challenges and developments within the field of surgery.

 

This educational program offers AIOS a wide range of learning opportunities, ranging from theoretical knowledge to practical skills and clinical experiences. By participating in the CASH education, AIOS can further develop their competencies and prepare themselves for a successful career as a surgeon.
